  • When will my order ship?

    Currently we are shipping from Alberta. Any order received before 12 PM Mountain Time will be shipped on same or next working day (in case of holiday). For all express orders will be shipped same or next working day (in case of holiday) at 2 PM Mountain Time.

  • How soon can I receive my order?

    Our all orders are shipped from Alberta. Here is the estimated time for different orders

    Ground Shipping within Alberta: 4-5 business days

    Express Shipping within Alberta: Within 2 business days

    Ground Shipping in other provinces: 5-6 business days

    Express Shipping in other provinces: 2-3 business days

  • Which shipping companies do you use?

    Our shipping partners are Canada Post, Canpar, Fed Ex, Purolator and UPS. We are working on adding more delivery partners to get your order delivered in the quickest way possible.

  • How do I track my order?

    We send tracking number once the order is shipped in the given timeframe above on your registered email address. In case you do not receive email please check spam/ junk folder or contact our customer service at info@epicsaves.com.
