Cancelling an Order
Cancelling an order is a simple process. You can cancel your order under My Account > Orders until it is being prepared for shipment.
Occasionally, you may need to cancel part of an order with multiple items. For partial cancellations, please contact us at email@example.com and one of our team members will cancel the item(s) not required.
Refund for Cancelled Order
When a cancellation request is issued, it takes minutes to process the refund on to the buyer's credit/debit card. However, it may take 5-7 days for the relevant sum to appear on the statement.
There are no cancellation charges if the order is cancelled before being shipped.
